@playscharvel You need to do some research. It would actually be the other way around. Elvis had established his career & uninhibited performance style by 1956. Stevens did not even form his first amateur band until the '60's & did not start his professional performing career until 1968 when Elvis was already doing his comeback after serving in the military 1957-60 and focusing on his movie career 1960-67. It's interesting that Stevens did play the part of Elvis in the show "Elvis!" in 1977. ;)
