    Used Your bugs again yesterday afternoon. let them drift downstream under an overhanging tree and caught 3 chub about 3lbs.

    Then a large Browntrout of about 7lbs attacked, I fought him for about 5 mins before He got away!!! My hook had broken, because I always remove the Barbs, this must have weakened the hook, or maybe the steel was of poor quality.

    Anyway I am going to try to catch this fish again very soon.

    if i get him, I´ll let You know......

  • tied 7 of them yesterday afternoon, and fished with one this morning at dawn, No Chub!!! but three browntrout and a rainbow

  • Looks very nice. I am totally beginner in fly fishing. I heard that foam bugs are very effectives for chub fishing. I will try to tye this.
