Good for you. It is fun to beat the city of Chicago. So far I beat all of my parking tickets.

I parked on that section of Halsted St and noticed the broken meter. I walked to the east side of Halsted St and to pay at a working meter. I called LAZ parking and no one answered the phone. I called 311 and I gave up waiting to speak with someone. This happened on June 26, 2009 the same date of this video.
