I am also stoned. I remember seeing a picture of the young Ihsahn in full black metal makeup and a nazi flag wrapped round him, if that helps anyone any.

Heil and Hail is the same. The Roman emperors got the hail, hill, heil as well. Just as hitler stole this, he stole numerous other expressions through symbols and the like from all over our history and world.
Bottom line though, a lot of black metal fans have adopted the way of, at least, semi-neo-nazi attitude. It only takes a small seed to infest the bigger ideal. Oh and, i'm completly stoned.

sure but Heil was the sign of nazi... And hail is not... It's not because he says heil that he is a nazi but it's strange... why doesn't he write it like everybody?

It's the exact same word, only in different languages. Heil in German, Hail in English, Hill in Norwegian. The meaning of the words is the same, and it doesn't suddenly become nazi, just because you say it in another language than English.
