"Rare" Early Kenny Chesney Recordings.

His music career started by playing tunes at local places around Johnson City like Chucky's Trading Post, a small Mexican restaurant,Quarterbacks BBQ and The TuLaFe college bar. He recorded his first album in 1991 at Classic Recording Studio in Bristol, Virginia. A thousand copies were made and Chesney sold them at his busking gigs. His album sales helped in buying himself a new Martin guitar.

  • i got this album, found it at a yard sale in memphis back in 2005. only paid 1 dollar for it and its easily worth 100 times that.

  • GOOD FOR YOU 1POPPY0.. bramhallbull1 for setting him straight.. nobody esle caught it because that isn't what he said..: ( Can't follow the lyrics to the song? I guess!.. It is as clear as a bell the year John Kennedy died.. I Remember where I was.. when the President got shot.. very sad day in history for us all!!

Kenny is such a Great talent.. Beautiful Song..........gives you that lump in your throat..feeling...years pass so quickly....

  • he says john kennedy "JFK", not John Candy just giving you the heads up

  • look up 'kenny chesney early album torrent' and you can download all these songs but you need limewire

  • I knew he couldn't, lol, but gotta admit that not knowing the lyrics it sounds like Candy, but now I hear Kennedy...thanks!

  • i'm sure kenny can not predict the future, at least not like that. the words are "remember the day john kennedy died".

  • either Kenny can predict the future or this wasn't recorded in 1991, cuz he says "remember the day John Candy died"...he didn't die until 1994...just wondering if anyone else caught this weird lyric

  • Wow... love it, LOVE it!

  • i love this

  • I absolutely love this song. I have almost every cd Kenny Chesney has put out and this has to be one of my favorites. Does anyone know if he wrote this song and is there any way to get a copy of this very rare cd?
