Idiot, the sanctions were there from papa Bush. They were found to be war crimes by the UN in 1994. Bush was convicted by the war crimes tribunal for war crimes. Pull your head out of your arse.

Sadam attacked Kuwait...rather brutally. I'm sure oil was a major factor. Putting all that money ifrom the oil into the hands of a dictator that was not predictable....was an accident waiting to happen.

During the 1980's people were fleeing from Iran and coming here. A religious leader took over Iran and Iran became a threat. Russia was a threat. We may have supported Sadam, "Enemy of my enemy, is my friend."

Wasn't it Clinton that did the arial bombing? Bush wasn't president that long. It was the lack of communication from the FBI to the CIA that caused the attack....and that was because of Clinton's policies.
