I'm Portuguese and my man (who's Chilean) brought me to a Salvadorian restaurant called El Amigo (in Montreal - Canada) and ordered pupusas... I fell in love... with the pupusas lol... now I wanna learn how to make them for him and our daughter... thanks for showing us how to put the meat in it... I personally prefer the pollo (chicken) but I love the chicharon one too lol...

good video but a awsome restaurant was called Izalco 100% salvadoran owned. I would watch ladys making pupusa in the air not using table to make them flat. To bad they had to retire man i miss there food.
