so sorry. losing a dog unexpectedly is the worst thing in the entire world. my boy theodore was hit by a train two weeks ago. i wish i couldve given him just one last hug. i feel like having a dog for 10 or even 15 years and losing him then by natural death is by far better than it all happening so unexpectedly.

What happened with the retractable leash? So sorry for your loss

I too have lost a great friend, named Samson. An all-white Jack Russell that meant the world to me. I miss him so very much, and I have cried more for him than anyone could ever imagine. Samson and Harley are playing together now, and I am sure that they are forever happy.

Sorry for your loss. I to have two wonderful JRT's they are great dogs to have. I wouldn't want to change anything about them. It's hard losing your best friend.

R.I.P Harley. You are now in Rainbow Bridge. This video also made me cry. I have two Jack Russells and they are the love of my life. My female JRT is deaf. I rescued her from an abusive home. Sorry about your loss.

Sorry for your loss. Yes they can be a hazard if not used properly. I prefer a regular old leash. Goodby Harley.
A Warning about Retractable Leashes. Please insist that people who walk your dog know how to use a retractable leash. If they don't know how to operate one, insist on using a standard leash.
