this song is from the Peruvian garage band called Manganzoides. I do not know if the song is original to them or it is a cover, but the audio of this video is from on the album "Dosis Completa" of Manganzoides, published in 1999. "Dosis Completa" is a recopilation of the two albums that Manganzoides recorded between 1996 and 1998, called "Manganzoides" and "Más Dosis".

i have quite a lot of foreign stuff but had most of them on 7" all sadly gone dutch, belgium, italian etc mod/garage ma fave had to be either the other side haunted house/puppy dog, had a lot like the way out, cynics, yeh yeh and stuff
