    I do a lot of Body Weight exerises -- any thoughts about if pushups and squats, done very intensely, are just as good in raising T. Levels?

  • Disregard my last comment, apparently I'm an idiot. Leg presses are considered a compound exercise.

  • But the forearms aren't a main muscle group, so bicep curls still aren't considered a compound exercise. If you do a leg press on the machine properly and with challenging weight, you will work your quads AND calves AND glutes, but that doesn't make it a compound exercise.
