Most gorgeous naked bike i believe!! I wanted to get the 690DukeR for my first middleweight..but my asian shortness condemd me :'( . Ahh.... id seriously buy a superduke and have it in my garage juss so i could wake up to it and come home to it every day..or spend days juss eating a vegemite sandwhich while staring at eeet...ahh i dunno why i love em so much ;_; juss cant explain it~ mm..lol

@chunkatty Did you see the newer video I made with a better camera. I have short legs so the reach to the ground is long, but I lean the bike to the side just a tad and have good footing on one foot and the other foot is on the ball on my foot. Once you get going it does not matter how short your legs are, it just becomes a fun ride. I tell you, folks around here where I live look at the SD, and say what's that! that's cool! Not many around, which makes it special to me. :)

Wow what a nice motorcycle. I was just thinking today if I could combine my VFR and Honda 919 together to make one bike, I would love to own it. Looking at this Super Duke...this may just fit the bill haha! Love it's futuristic naked styling, and I LOVE the sound of the motor. I think I found my next bike...maybe :) I'll have to wait a few years so the price will go down on a used one...and so I'll be 25 years old for lower insurance. :)

@ToastToGo Did you see the updated video. I did this one with a cheap camera (POS). The Superduke is a great bike. You can find some used ones kinda cheap. With your 919 you find that the naked standard is a unique market,. I got the SD to have something a little different. There are just a few floating around MD and VA. It's a twin too, I have had I4 and twins seem to be a final spot for me. I had a sv650 that was the start for me. I was looking at some Duc's before I found the KTM.

@2008superduke Yeah i saw ur newer viddy. Ah..well my K8 i lowered it another 2cms..and i still tippy toe if its vertically straight. K8 is 810mm down to 790mm. Ktm SD is approx 850mm lowest setting right?...so if i went to korea & got shin extentions then maybe LMAO. I get wot u mean about after taking off n shortness dont matter, but for me its the part of stopping & avoiding sides of the crown or dips which add extra gap when i need to put my foot on the ground. .i juss hate being short -_-;
