If you harvest MORE than 1 little sister, you get whatever variation of the bad ending depending on how many more little sisters you save or harvested.

@WarningSDE Well, account to the story, first one is always harvesting.

@Fredcat11 exactly, so he technically harvested every little sister he interacted with (I thought to get the good ending, you had to save every sister)
