Gim South Africa (Aparteid)

A section of a documentary I produced for Gim (Global Initiative Management Program). Northwestern University students (Kellogg School of Management) learn about Global business environments. I learned so much about south africa working on this doc. The beauty of the country and it's people, apartheid and Nelson Mandela's role in healing a country. It was an extremely enlightening experience for me to work on this film. I really had little or no understanding of Aparteid before this. I was really troubled to hear about George Bushes role (when he was head of the CIA) in the imprisonment of Nelson Mandela for all those years and heartbroken when he didn't apologize for this later.
