No, it doesn't make him a sexual predator if the 17 years-old is an emancipated minor. There is NO comparison whatsoever to be made between Casey and Misty. Casey is a very bright woman (even the police acknowledged that) who also happens to be a voracious reader and was an avid movie watcher. Casey is articulate, cold, cunning, calculating and a pathological liar. She's also 5 years older than Misty and lived in a totally different environment. And Casey did NOT succeed in "faking out" LE.

i can't believe nancy is taking up for this bunch,first off ronald is co-habitating with a child,doesn't that make him a sexual predator? and no offense but these people are like a jerry springer crew,and how can a 17 yr.old fake out the police? the same way casey anthony can, with all the things avilable to young people today it is not hard to "fake out" law enforcement.not saying misty is guilty of anything but let's not be so quick to rule her out.

Does anyone else think that Fred Armison from SNL should do a parody of Susan Moss? I really like her a lot but she always seems like she is hollering. Every time I hear her I think SNL/Fred Armison could do a funny about her.LOL.
