  • This was shot in Aptos, California near the Santa Cruz coast.

  • yeah i hear you can do some pretty strange things with qi gong, i have a question is qigong a religion or more of a philosophy??

  • Qi Gong simply helps the flow of energy through your body. Some Qi Gong masters have been able to harness this energy and do some pretty amazing metaphysical things but in general people use it to keep their bodies in balance. Qi Gong is really more a philosophy than a religion, though many people who practice Qi Gong are Taoists.

It is like yoga-- some call it 'chinese yoga', but easier to learn and do. As Yoga has a philosophy behind it, and one can choose whether to keep it as mere physical exercise and rejuvenation, or be more involved with the philosophy, the same is true of qi gong. It is not a religion, but a physical practice with a meditative focus, and has a contemplative daoist philosophy that are the ideas forming the practice.

  • @sirries1 no, whats funny is your closemindedness to foreign ideas

  • VALUABLE!!!!, THANKS FOR POSTING
