Yet another Touhou video.
Reisen is a rabbit who ran away from her place as a soldier on the moon, and now lives at the Eientei in Gensokyo, where she was given the name Reisen Udongein Inaba. Her eyes are red, and she has power over insanity and waves.
Moon World Soldier is an arrangement of Reisen's theme, Kyouki no Hitomi ~ Invisible Full Moon, by Shirotokage of the doujin music group Tetsuwan Tokage Tanchiki. In this song, Reisen walks the streets of Kyoto on a moonlit and rainy night. What she is doing so far from Gensokyo on this night is not clear, but then again, she's come from much further away than Kyoto, so who am I to tell her where she can and can't go?
Reisen Street is a real street in Kyoto, even if its "Reisen" is spelled differently than Reisen's name. It is indeed lined by cherry trees, and goes by the side of a canal. Likewise, Higashiyama is a neighbourhood in Kyoto, just south of Reisen Street.
