@StoleMyCupCake it can be christian and still be considered screamo music. The genre has absolutely not affect on faith that made to song possible. The genre, in this case, Underoath is widely considered to be a screamo band. And they are still christian and show it in so many ways in their music. The influences in music should never affect how a band is categorized in a genre.
