Buffet Style Sweet and Sour Chicken Recipe

Chicken pieces coated with a light soft batter can be found at almost any Chinese buffet. They are usually served with sweet and sour sauce on the side, but I love to lightly drizzle the sauce on top making a delicious and wonderful dish.

This was so good!! You can really cook. I made the mistake of not trimming the fat so for the viewers please listen to her and remove all fat. Also make sure you fry this on medium heat I forgot b/c she clearly says it in the video. I quickly corrected my mistake. Thank you! You rock!!!

I just made this tonight with your Sweet and sour sticky sauce. It came fantastic. My brother was upstairs visiting my mom and smelled it. He came downstairs and I offered him some and he practically ate all of it.. He was my guinea pig. I always need a family member to try something before I serve it to friends or other company.. lol.. but he just loved it.. Im having company tomorrow and Im making more!! Thank you so much...
