If they cannot be burned or you are not an active person, your calories will begin to turn into Fats. The most of people who want to lose weight usually consider a diet before anything else. The best thing you can do though is talk with a gym instructor in your local area and figure out what the best to lose weight will be for you. Losing weight is one of the hardest things to do in life because its a never ending process.

  • what percentage of your daily calorie intake should an 18 year old female burn in order for her to be loose weight healthy. meaning about 2lbs per week???
