My 05 Mustang leaks also. In my case it is because of a factory body weld that is weak and has failed. Ford has a TSB about the problem.

My 06 Mustang (purchased new) was the biggest lemon I ever owned. My car had rear axle/transmission problems. A/C didnt work properly..and my fuel tank didnt allow me to fill up with gas and spit gas back out. Mine didnt leak and the stereo worked great! 14 weeks of warranty repairs at the dealer ship.

My '05 doesn't leak at all. Why not just bring it in to the dealership and have them fix it under warranty? You have the pictures and the video to prove your case so I don't think you'll get any hassle from them.

Did that while it was under warranty. They couldn't find it just like the many other mustang owners that brought theirs to the dealership. Plus once they attempt to fix it, it would have been two days without my daily driver, and they wanted me to pay for the rental. I'm glad that you don't suffer from this problem though.
