@Guitar5525 So, did it work?
-
Annoying inteviewer! What is the thing with the shoes, he get all psyched.
-
@riseaboveitalltoday Keep in mind: just because he doesn't lay on a beach all day doesn't mean that's not what others want. In his book he explains that he tested different book titles before choosing the one he did, we can only assume he tailored the cover picture to one that would appeal to the largest number of people in order maximize book sales.

should i train only with kettlebell or could i train multiple programs at the same time
for exampe strenght training with pavel with deadlift and muscle building with the kettlebell. the problem is that doing that i am training 6 times per week is still a lot less than i am used to do but i think that i should probably train only three times per week, example two times to build muscle and one to build strenght. does anyone have any ideia about this

I think that it is funny how he says he doesn't "lay on a beach rubbing his stomach with cocoa butter" when the cover of "The 4-Hours Workweek" is a dude laying in a hammock which is supported by palm trees.
Someone is being disingenuous.

@kellycat2552 Have you read the Four Hour Work Week? Discussions about having a family is in it, I dont understand why he would mention that when the interviewer ask him about HIS life.
Also, a huge point about the four hour work week is that you want to get more time to do what you enjoy. And being with your family is usually something good and positive, and nothing negative. To me it sounds as if you would like to be WITHOUT your family.
Follow this, work less, spend more time with your kid

He is great,,,,,but no family......its easy if you only take care of yourself. If he ever gets married and has children....then I would like to see how he can "save" time when the kids also want "time" and the wife wants "time". But since he is very smart...I bet he figures out a way that makes everyone happy. I am waiting to see that part of his life happen.

Thanks for the interview. Love Tim's philosiphies. We're experimenting in applying them to a family with two young kids. We'll see :)

@Guitar5525 What did you learn from ferriss? Be as detailed as possible.

@Guitar5525 Ok I appreciate the advice.
This guy really is a genius.
I've followed his advice, started my own business and made quite a bit of money. I still work on the side too, but if this thing I've started gets big enough I'll quit and live like Ferriss.
Listen to what he says!
