David Wilcock talks about the huge spiral seen in the Norwegian skies on 8 th and 9 th of December 2009.
There is a HAARP ( High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) Facility very near to where this event took place.
This type of technology was first invented by Nikola Tesla in 1902 but was taken over and made secret by the military as they wanted another secret weapon.
The atmosphere in these videos is being manipulated by using high frequency energy waves.
There have been incidents of these spirals being filmed before in China and Russia as various countries experiment with this technology.
This technology can severly affect weather patterns and also cause earthquakes if used in a certain way. That is one of the reasons it has remained secret for so long.

@wannabeastarrover I dunno if you been having OBE's or Lucid dreams of the shift and what your going to be doing and everything but I see that it's only going to happen to some of us. Not everyone is ready and there is be many different levels of this evolution. It will happen on a big scale as the years go on but it's not going to happen at once. You have to work at it. DO you honestly think someone who meditates everyday and is intuned with the mind and body is the same as some who has no clue

I would suggest taking a look at Terrence McKenna and time wave zero in particular. It is a VERY interesting theory about the singularity of time and change we are approaching.
