Demo of the features and how to use a stock Mio C520 Digiwalker GPS unit (aus release).
unreachable destination message was because I have no GPS fix atm, and no you don't normally use a stylus.

I LIKED MY MIO 720 AND BECAUSE I HAVE THE HOLDERS ETC WANTED SOME CHEAPER, AND AS GOOD, MY 720 , WHEN UPGRADED WAS A ANCHOR, MIO CUSTOMER SERVICE IS 100% FAILURE, THEY TRULY STINK, I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND MIO FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A PAPERWEIGHT, THEIR MAPS ARE BAD, YOU WILL GET LOST, YOU WILL GO 35 MILES THE WRONG WAY,, YOU WILL USE POI'S AND END UP AT SOMEONES HOUSE,,, I HAVE A JUNK 720, BROKE IT FINALLY, WILL TRADE FOR NEW BEST GARMIN,,,,lLOLOLOL

@uawsux since the software update mio's/garmins use the same mapping data. Were you still running the older miomap 3.3 software?
Their customer service did suck - but is now the same as navman customer service.
Just overwrite the mio software with Igo or install garmin/tomtom/navigon software onto it.

I bought one of these. Returned it next day. In a word, sucks. Navigation is terrible. Maps outdated and huge mistakes in them. Screen is not viewable in sunlight like Garmin, Magellan. Touchscreen also has too many small buttons. You will be pushing the wrong buttons. The map screen looks neat. The unit is just to overly-complex (and I'm a real gadget-geek) There's way too much info cluttering the screen. Supposed to be a navigation device and it does not do that well at all.

intriguing.. You are a gadget-geek yet found it too complex? To each their own I guess. The majority of people seem to love it, and the sales reflect that. The screen is quite good compared to most. Garmin screens are slightly better though (only on new models, and they are twice the price). You can not blame the device for the map data - what country are you in? the buttons are small, but I don't have any issues. If your fingers are larger, I could see a possible issue though. what did you buy?
