This is from JC Dobbs, on South Street, in Philadelphia. It later became the Pontiac Grille, but is now called JC Dobbs once again. It almost got shut down, but lots of people fought to keep it open, for the sake of music, and thankfully, they succeeded. It's literally smaller than my basement.
