Oh, actually, I got my Gurdy back in mid-December but I don't have it ready to go yet (rosin and tuning). I've been a bit busy to jump right in with it.
Thinking of buying the Muskett Gurdy book in the meantime too.
Thanks!

I love it.
I want a hurdy gurdy 2.
Are they expensive?

It's a wonderful sound isn't it? Unfortunately because there aren't many sold and they take such a long time for specialist craftmen to make, it's reflected in a high price. It's not my hurdy so I have no idea but I know the price is steep. Hoping to persuade Christine to let me film her new tune tomorrow. Cheers, Lesley

To Christine a truly talented, compassionate, caring individual. She still makes my heart tremble and my stomach flutter. Was she the girl from the fox and hounds - stoke poges - to crouch end - then Redhill Royal Earlswood Hospital and finally onto Nordoff-Robbins School of Music Therapy - or am i still lost and confused.

I've just asked and she certainly is! So now we're both intrigued as to who you are? Cheers, Lesley
