I changed audio on this・・・will make a second and better version of this eventually・・・with people doing stuff in the back-ground so that you can see for yourself that the punching speed is legit (and I`ll do a different one on power another day・You`d be surprised at how much power you can force behind a simple jab with the right conditioning for power-hitting)。

Switched the Audio again... although... this site seems to be saying that it`s still processing. I chose something which I hope is a lot less common. The previous one was too loud for both my tastes and a lot of the viewers (you all know the one from Sound System 009). The current requested audio is Instrumental/Musicshake/a touch of class~ (I think that`s what it`s called under the Category/Artist/Title).

Also... this «channel» here I will be changing it to mainly Parapsychological-Education. Martial Arts stuff will be on my Cercle.Sifu Channel once I bother to get it activated. I am looking to hire some actresses so that we got some «eye-candy» so-to-speak for the next version of this video and other things related to it I suppose. Alright...changes to take place if I`m not too busy wasting my time playing video games...time to start editing the annotations now.
