@theawesomeness9911 Its not multitasking itself, it's the apps that have been updated to support it.

Most iOS 4-ready media apps can play in the background. if you scroll left to the media controls, the app that's currently playing shows up and you can pause, skip forward and back, and switch to it.

Ur an idiot

@breyanabeiberr this video is over a year old. Why would it be new. Is about iOS4. Why do People on YouTube expect every to be currently relevant.
-
idk if apple improved the multitasking app or something but i run IOS 4 and the music player on mine runs in the background just fine in ANY app.

@dabest12344 I thought everyone in the world knew how to spell "dumb" also. I was mistaken. Maybe you are too. :)

You sir are a penis "even though personally i find this feature rubbish, it dont really work". you pleb when this video was published the APIs for multitaking had only just been released. i personally enjoy listening to tune in radio in the background whilst web surfing and playing games in between, all of which multitask perfectly well in the background.
Next time you want to post a decent review, do if a fair few months after testing the ios when developers have played catch up

@darrana this isn't a review. In other OSes devs don't have to program apps to multitask. That is done OS side with a service called a scheduler :)
