What he says is absolutely true. What he didn't say was that many amatures release the club way early killing club head speed and distance.

What he is talking about is soooo important to hitting the ball far. He mentioned the sweet spot. Driving the ball this way also puts pressure on the ball and flattens out the ball flight to increase carry and roll. It also increases the ´´Smash Factor´´ (ball speed)/(Club Speed). I love this segment.
