  • You should go to work for ScanSnap!!!!! My question is this...if you receive bills electronically in the form of a pdf, can they be imported into Evernote?? Your video is excellent and very useful. Going to buy the ScanSnap but am trying to decide between the 1300 and the 1500M. Any advice?

  • @SpringCreekBoy Ya, if you get pdf bills, you can just drag them into Evernote and they will become searchable if you hare a pro account. I got the 1300 because I take it to trade shows. If you don't need the portability, the 1500 is more heavy duty and faster.

  • Hi John, love your video! Brought the scansnap scanner after seeing it and I have a question. Is it possible when scanning two documents to merge them into the one note? I have set it up so my documents go straight to Evernote. Thanks :)

  • @suzidoos I just put both doc into the scanner and scan them as one item.

  • Is this only for scansnap or can I use any other scanner?

  • @Angel7Six You will need additional software to use other scanners. Scansnap has native support for evernote.

I am really just scanning important documents and receipts.. but.. how do i scan say a resume and make it so i can change it at a later date?? someone told me i needed to scan it into a diff program and then send it to evernote.. is that right? which program is good (and free).. I have a mac.. Thanks for your video.. made me get organized!!

  • @MotoTTZ Thank you! Never thought of that :-/

  • Great video man, I'll definitely consider buying this scanner whenever I decide to digitize all my bills, documents, etc.
