i saw this on top gear(uk show). was suprised to find out that you had to have several licences including a chauffer, pilot, driver, and ham radio licence just to operate one. oh yeah, then theres the insurance and the health and safety checks costs.., etc. theres a lesson in this folks; cool stuff like this will always be out of your grasp as long as the bueracrats are in control of your wallets and your lives.

And don't forget to brush your teeth or the Frankinator will tear you a new one.

I think it is great that he is preserving this classic of aviation history. Would be cool to see it flying of course.
Bad photography. Just because you have access to a video camera does not mean you know how to make a quality film. Tell the subject to remove his hat to illuminate his face and move to fore front so we can hear him above background noise.

Hi, Franklin.
Our "AVweb Short" videos are shot "on the fly" by our writing staff and go online unedited. They're meant to compliment written content found online at AVweb. I edit our longer videos (like the Herpa DC-3 flight), which are meant as stand-alone products.
That said, you're right on this, we know it, and we'll work on it. Thanks for the comments.
