Well with the ending people are saying the aliens won but what i have observed is that the in the end jarrod in the alien has red and and the whole ship is blue ( lights anyways ). My conclusion is at the end when hes saving his woman u can see the ship is starting to turn red ( lights in any case ). So honestly i believe he is like a infection slowly turning the alien ships/ aliens themselves into copies of himself. So in the end i believe humans won eventually due to jarrods "infectous brain"

@mshartz5 They sounded pretty disgruntled in the dvd commentary. The writer and director commentary is funny as hell. It's better than the movie!!

It started out great then at end Jared turns into an alian and it ends like wtf Americans fired a nuke at big alian thing big alian thing is like no i dont like so. regenerate OWNED!
