  • It looks verry stiff , I'm looking for a cheap coilover kit becouse it's better for drifting isn't it ? Hope to finishing my project soon and then i'll upload some videos Greetz from Romania ! Thanks alot for answering my questions !

  • @osakadoriftok Yes, it was rather stiff. Cheap coilovers are not so good for track use, the cheap ones are mostly for show, they dont offer so good handling. I would recommend a better result with a stiff spring (H&R race or smth) and good shocks (Koni, Bilstein B8 ect). Im going with a bit lower spring and sport shock this year, and will go with custom coilovers for the next year probably.

  • Any suspension mods in this clip ?

  • @osakadoriftok A bit only. A stiffer spring 60/40 and sport shocks. Welded diff. Harder rear shock mounts. Polyurethane diff mount. Nothing hardcore at that time. :)

  • Hey , nice ride you got there . I'm thinking to weld The diff of my e36 318is , what do you think ? Will it break ? Can I drive it on the street without spinning out on every corner ?Worth it ?

  • @osakadoriftok It will not break if you do it right. Get an experienced welder (MIG) and do it. It will last forever. Welded diff is much stronger than stock ones with open sattellites, because the thing that would normally break is not moving anymore. As for spinning - NO, you will not do random spins. The car will be very easily controllable, and you can predict its movement always.
