Thank you. I do feel much more relaxed after viewing this video, and following its instructions. Every day, or should I say night, I'll likely watch and practice EFT to help with my nocturnal tendencies.

I don't believe in the science behind it, but concentrating on something calm has really helped me go to sleep.
