it's called SUN DOGS....common weather occurance....never exactly can tell when or where it happens, but it happens, sometimes small, sometimes HUGE, always strange and unusual.

Sun Dog- sometimes with a rainbow connecting the two other "suns". This predates HAARP. I think there are mideval woodcuts of this atmospheric phenomenon. Blame it on....ice crystals. Enjoy.

I delve into things that would turn your mind so bad you would never stand straight again were you to see them. But If you think you have any "power" than you would not have to "watch your back" and "sleep with one eye open." Sleep with both eyes shut because that's how you sleep. You sir, do need training.
