  • Crown Him with many crowns as thrones before Him fall. Crown Him, ye kings, with many crowns, for He is King of all.

  • AMEN!

  • Knowing that God is the true king and it is really Him that has control over all the nations gives me hope whenever I get upset thinking about the ungodliness of presidents and kings who rule over the nations today. We won't have to put up with their bad choices forever. Their rule will come to an end eventually. God is gonna be the only ruler in the end. Thank goodness!

  • and then the best one, which always leaves me in tears:

    Crown Him the Lord of years, the Potentate of time,

    Creator of the rolling spheres, ineffably sublime!

    All hail, Redeemer, hail! For Thou has died for me;

    Thy praise shall never, never fail through all eternity.

  • This is real godly music. I think that this truly must please God and give glory to His holy name.

  • _Same melody line as: 'Soldiers Of Christ, Arise." ` ☺_

  • This is my favorite hymn of ALL times. I hope that this will played when they celebrate my Homecoming. Oh, Lord, how great that would be.

  • This used to be a Easter hymn in the Methodist Church but not no more.

  • We live in a world that would do well to lay their crowns at the feet of the Prince of Peace - before they become His footstool! Shalom Jerusalem! Thanks for the video!

    Matthew 13:15a;"For this people's heart has become calloused" Gal.4:25;"Hagar stands for Mount Sinai in Arabia and corresponds to the present city of Jerusalem" Deuteronomy 32:36;"The LORD will judge his people and have compassion on his servants when he sees their strength is gone and no one is left, slave or free"

  • I feel bad for not knowing the words to any hymns,,, but then again I always play the hymns in my church orchestra and not never sing them and this is my favorite hymn ever...

  • I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. I play the piano and organ. Today (Nov. 21, Christ the King Sunday), we sang this as our closing hymn. It is #855 in Evangelical Lutheran Worship. So ends the church year.

  • @CrispixKingdom God so loved us that when he created us he gave us free will. If you truly love someone you do not force them to do anything, because you love them so! God doesn't force us to believe in him it is up to us whether or not to place our trust in him. Unfortunately our free will and our rebellious nature gives way to all the evil you witness men do. Evil that deserves punishment indeed! But God so loved us that he gave up his only son who bore all the punishment we deserved.

  • Crown Him with Many Crowns, a truely King of kings and Lord of lords.

  • @CrispixKingdom We were put on the earth as a test to see if we are worthy enough to serve him even in hardest of times. Faith in him is guaranteed reward in the end. And if you look at it the world today miracle's are happening constantly around you, just look deep down and see the meaning of it. There is many story's of lepers being miraculously healed. You first have to give to receive.
