@VER0NIKKE I happen to see these posts from time to time so to address this comment. The supplement company does exist, the original owner left town and sold it back to an original partner. The partner has since changed the name and now has a supplement store here in vegas under a new name. So the business was real, and still is just in a different form and busines model.

a simple diet which i have started, porrige or omeletes for breakfast 1 full egg 2 egg whites, no sugar on porrige, protein shake, post-workout protein shake 2 pieces of fruit, lunch, chicken salad, dinner, fish or chicken with broccoli califlower and brown rice or brown pasta no rich suaces or salt, you could squeeze in any pasta salad or just plain chicken salad, eat nuts as a snack mainly almonds and plenty of fruit tht end in 'berrie' their winners!

Eat 6-7 small meals per day of mostly protein and complex carbs. Eat more fruits and vegetables and not as much processed crap. Its not rocket science its just people do not like to follow it because they have been conditioned to eat garbage in this country with all the fast food and processed junk that is prevalent in this society.

How do you know if you're doing them correctly? Doesnt that work out affect your lower back?

You have learn to learn how to squeeze and stabilize your core so that your abdominals work in order to take the stress off of the lower back. Most people hurt their backs because of the muscle imbalance between their back and abs and they do not now how to properly fire their core to shift the focus to the abs and not their back.
