are u pushing hard enough of your bases shoulders and do you feel there is enough momentum in the group to get you round? If you backspot throws you holding your bum get her to try placing her hands on your ankle to help the twist more.

Good job :) But the flyer sat a little, becuase her knees were too bent in the spunge, but I'm sure it's better now, since that was one of the first ones :)

just lock ur legs and it will be perfect :)

Be sure to keep her foot just above the belly button and keep your backs straight! Trust me, it makes it sooo much easier

If she fell anymore forward she would have landed on her knees and depending on how hard she would hit the ground it could break her knee!

Can you please tell what the grips of the bases are as I cannot find that info anywhere and would like for my squad to do this!! Do you know for certain that this 360 show n go-- is legal for high school according to AACA and National Federation?

well we did it at uca camp so i guess it is?
the main bases hands are, the one closest to the backspot is inward so that her hands are touching her stomach and the other one is normal so when the flyer goes up, her hands untwist?lol. and the secondary just throws the foot.
