It's rather jumpy, but I edited down quite a bit of material to string together some decent clips. I hope it gives some idea of how well this great little RC Guys 1/3 scale Pitts S-1 flies and how well the marvelous RCGF 50cc twin-cylinder engine drags it around the sky!

  • things got a weird miss or intermittent ign box

  • It was brand new and running a little rich. Tuned on the ground, they run a bit differently in the air when the prop uloads. If you know anything about gasoline engines, this is absolutely normal for an engine with only about a quart of fuel run through it!

  • It's excellent! You have to hold in a lot of opposite aileron, but once you get the hang of it, it "locks in" nicely. Very effective rudder.

  • Did you use the stock mufflers or custom ones for the motor to hide behind the cowl? Great video 10/10 :)
