this lady is one of the worst interviewers i have ever heard in my life!!Ever!! her voice is winey and vexing. She keeps interrupting. She speaks way too loud. And she keeps stammering and figgiting. Aweful. However, the info. is great good answers. Good guy.. and a great book. I learned a lot from this guy.
