@loyaltyswords lol...'lift' huh...typically people specify the type of lift - "lifting" 250 is pretty impressive if you're curling it, but if you're deadlifting 250 it's not so impressive.

@backflash22 jump rope, running, practicing ur footwork(this means going back to day 1 of footwork) if u master that then your feet should get faster...

It really cracks me up....all the negative crap talking about the training and the fighters. These guys are doing a great job regardless what any of you knuckleheads post. Maybe you should get off the couch and actually try training?? And don't try to pull the "I do train and I'm awesome" crap because if you did ANY training you would know what it takes and show respect.
