he didnt want rosette 2 die but she didnt care she secretly loved him and at the very last second she doesnt want 2 die and he crys because he knows she is because she used up all her life while chrono was fighting aion so fricken sad

I agree with that because in the manga when Rosette dies Chrono decides to keep living. He couldn't and woudn't kill her so he died. I love both endings to this tale!

well, he died cuz he was injured and needed her to open the clock so he could heal, but that would totally kill her. so he died cuz he couldn't take her life.
i don't think he chose to die, i think he chose NOT to kill her. ^^ that's what i see.

because whenever she unleashed him it ate away at her life she said she more than likly wouldnt live to be 30 he choose to die with her because he didnt want to live without her ..sad =(
