@NHRHS2010 oh an it seems you beleive everything you read on yahoo, questions that are answered by people more misinformed than you,hardly the best source of proff is it.and are you split personality you keep moving the goalposts,one minute accepting that it was a commercial flight then denying it was a commercial flight,then saying you do belive then you dont believe,i think i have proven my point and therefore i will now not answer or maessaeg either of your personalities again

@garrychelsea And even if Qantas did have that scheduled flight, I don't think it lasted long since a nonstop would be strenuous on the aircraft and a stopover in Asia, including Hong Kong, would be more profitable.
-
@NHRHS2010 with an A380
-
@garrychelsea Why are you talking to me like I am a complete idiot? Just because this monster flight DID happen does NOT mean that this was a regularly scheduled commercial service. Though Qantas is considering operating that 20 hour flight.
-
@NHRHS2010 how can you say 17 hours ago that it did happen and then you say it didnt make your mind up
-
@NHRHS2010 sent you a message with the link to the flight on qantas official site,hope you BELEIVE now
-
@garrychelsea I don't believe it. A LHR-SYD nonstop flight never happened. If you think it did, then prove it. I would like to see a source. But the 777 London to Hong Kong to Sydney flight could have been possible.
-
@NHRHS2010 people paid for seats on the flight so therefore it was a commercial flight
-
@garrychelsea I had to question this on Yahoo Answers and it was concluded that the London to Sydney flight was not a scheduled service. The London and Sydney flight actually DID happen and it was done to prove that the 747 could do it. I think this is what you mean, but it was never a scheduled service.

@NHRHS2010 no i mean a nonstop flight that took off in london and landed in sydney it took place in 1989 and in 2005 a 777 flew eastwards from london to hong kong and flew nonstop for 22hrs and 22 mins,these are well documented records and can be found on the internet
