Wasn't it the Democrats promising ethics? How can you be ethical when a Congressman under federal investigation is set to be on a powerful committee? By the way, your hero Dollar Bill is facing a 200-year prison sentence! Maybe he can be cellmates with great role models like Jim Traficant, Gary Condit, and Mel Reynolds.

The "Ways and Means Committee" deals with money, thats bad. Homeland security on the other hand is different and the congressman can do good work there. Republicans need to stop hating, and don't call this as flip-flop.
