@machusi1989 they would need very very much salt for not that many people. Plus it wouldn't be that effective cause it snows really much within a short time. And almost every vehicle has studded tires - they actually can go almost as fast on snow/ice as in summer

You can still use the Kill Bill music you had on the video before, it was much better i think, just make sure you have all the info on it, i had same problem but found the song on youtube and copied the info and they let it go.

@2fast65 In norway we have some EU rules (we are not part of EU) it has something to do with the truck can only be X meters lon (idk how long) so they buy trucks with flat fronts to get the maximum out of it :P hope you understand my terrible english :P

In certain condition salting the road actually *makes* ice, a very "glassy" one that is very dangerous. They found out this after numerous accidents, so they don't salt if these conditions are expected. Further, the salt are not good for the environment in several ways, and the increased grinding on the roads makes enormous amounts of harmful asphalt/stone dust, and furrows in the roads - it affects the direction stability of the cars, and sometimes are like small lakes or rivers.

@2fast65 'Conventional' type cabs just aren't suitable for European roads, they're too long and bulky for narrow roads and city centres. They are almost never used for trucks/semis either, because most European countries limit the length of the entire truck to 16.5 metres.

...I grew-up in a region of the Great Lakes, USA[Lake Erie] in what is known affectionately (by skiers) & officially by (NOAA) as, "The Snow Belt": A micro-climate created by the west-to-east lay of(L. Superior) L. Erie & (L. Ontario) when they are Ice-free & warm.If a low pressure area hits 'em just right from the west: All winter hell breaks lose; In affected areas of heavy snow bands coming off the lakes- When Buffalo gets hit...it gets HIT! Over 7 feet in one storm ~5yrs ago! Absolute fun!
I did not mean any disrespect I am a County plow drever in Minnesota I just prefer a little hood between me and any obstecle just makes me feel safer.

You changed your music for this video. This is too sedate. The other music you had for this was much more empowering.

@407pilot true, but unfortunately like 2 or 3 months ago they blocked the video in the whole world because of the music. That's the reason why I changed it. I myself also liked the old version much much better
