Thanks for the memory as the song says. I may have even been there at the same time, we always went to Butlins. Would love to see more. again thank you for sparking treasured memories.

I remember going on the land train ride and in the open air pool.
I went back there last year just to remember.
Houses built on the site but I think the metal fence along the sea wall is still the same as it was when the camp was alive and busy

wow, its amazing to see butlins so long ago!! it sure has changed alot and i can really see why people liked it the way it was :) but it has sort of changed for the better. it looks really family friendly and so "nice" whereas now its all high tech shows and stuff... thanks for putting this up! :) x
