you kinda pushed more on the right arm but try to keep the bar even....i can;t do that but im 13 and just maxed 165 with a spotter for 1 rep haha

Nice job man. For anybody who doesn't know the primary usage for a decline, it is to get the body used to handling heavier loads and ultimately prime the CNS. This is from the perspective of a powerlifter though.

incline? dont you mean decline? and decline works lower chest so you bring the bar to your lower chest just like he did in the video. dumbass.

I guess every ounce counts... They don't weigh more than a pound together...but sometimes I guess you need every little bit off when doing a press...

another incline bench video of someone doing it wrong....yes you are strong and should be putting your flat bench as your primary movement...the bar needs to be over the very top of your chest almost over your neck....when you bring the bar over your lower chest like you did you are working your lats.....

Yeah that's right. For a bodybuilding purpose, its to train and progress the lower pectorals, obviously incline being upper pectorals. Good post!
