So the woman has to stoop down to their cultural level as a second class citizen almost? if they are that stooped in their cultural attitude then these people shouldn't be helped. If they can't show respect to women in our millitary then we shouldn't show respect to them. respect has to be earned not demanded. We are wasting our time with these "people".
