Dont you need like a special permission or something like that to use the character name: The Punisher ?..I know von got his character name" the punisher" from a movie.. i think that movie company is warner brothers or something like that.. i think people need to ask the company before using any hollywood character, specially if you're a youtube partner in this case von...anybody needs permission to use any hollywood character name right?

@VirtualHolocaust I have to look up how to spell it every single time, myself. It's a German word but they call them by a different name--think it's Dunkel. Anyway, she's a cross of a Blue Dapple (Merled) Mini short haired Dachshund and a second date with a white poodle. She's a dream! My very first dog. So thanks for the inspiration! Her hair is short and only slightly curled on her back ridge.
