    Ive had significant gains and only during the first month

  • i though the idea oF MAX OT training was to get 6 reps by urself then increase weight y didint u do that at 4:41?

  • some peoples in my gym uses 20 sets some use 4 some prefer HIT some max-ot some ast , some dogg crap ...biggest are steroid users

  • Max OTis a great way to train for strength but not so much for hypertrophy
