How to trick a telemarketer with a phone tone

This is the tone received when you dial a number no longer in service or disconnected. I put this to work on my answering machine. Auto-dialing telemarketers get the tone then disconnect, believing your line is no longer in service and remove you from their list. However, I then put a voice message a bit after to assure any legitimate callers whom may be caught off guard, that I'm still available. Later, explaining why I have the tone on my machine. More fun than a do not call list. lol.
